It's almost too emotional for me to even come up with words to describe this quote by theologian Frederich Beuchner. This print is the perfect, meaningful piece of art for the person who is no longer able to look away from the prospect of pain, because their life is undoubtedly met with it. However, I love that these words acknowledge the beauty of the world in the same breath.
I love it in this new letterpress & foil version –– feels perfectly hand-made, so appropriate for this quote.
