It’s a device that locks whatever apps you want to lock on your phone. So for example for me, I check instagram for LL, but it can become a habit accidentally. So when i want to focus on my family, or on a work project, without being tempted to open it up and mindlessly scroll, I brick my phone and it is SUCH a blessing. And then, I’m not singing in and out of and deleting apps. (You can use one brick for multiple phones, too).

Eye Patches

Maybe the most basic thing on this list, but all eye patches are not created equal! I really do not love the thin, slimy ones, which I think most are. BUT! These eye patches are the absolute best – so thick and feel so nice on!: We use the gold ones in the morning and the lavender ones at night, but I’m getting Eva the white diamond ones for Christmas.

Electric Fireplace

We have several portable electric fireplaces and we love them! They are kind of kitschy, but also nostalgic and cozy! In my humble opinion, the ones that have crackling sounds sound kind of like static. So I would skip that. Just use a YouTube video with fireplace sounds for extra ambiance.
