For some, rain is incredibly calming. And I agree, there's something so refreshing and delightful about a spring storm. However, there are other times in life where we encounter big storms – metaphorical storms – and those are far less pleasant. But, have you ever been on a plan in a rainstorm, and once you get above the weather to the tops of the clouds to an incredible view? I know that God doesn't live in the clouds like a children's Bible story might depict, but it is a great reminder that there's so much more going on that what we see and experience from our vantage point. "Hope Above" is a reminder to focus not just on what we see, but to know that there's a God above it all, with a better view – an all-encompassing view, and there's so much hope in that.
