About this piece
I'd originally called this canvas something else, much artsier. However, as we were shooting the Holiday Collection, we began to affectionately refer to it as "The Black Splotch." And so it is. (In fact, we seemed to think that just about every vignette needed The Black Splotch). A freehand black splotch with subtle shades, textures and splatters makes the perfect little something in a group or as a bold statement all by itself. Chic and artistic, it's sure to be a conversation piece among your guests.
