The Daydream Collection is so near a dear to my heart! I created the first piece (Rainbow Daydream) based on what I would imagine Eva's dreams to look like, all magical and swirling around our head. Kind of hazy and nonsensical but also wonderful and wild. Just a mishmash of all the things she loves and I'd imagine her to be thinking. When creating this Christmas Daydream piece, my process was the same. I closed my eyes, and pictured all the things that come to my mind when I think about Christmas. I have a strict, no drawing Jesus policy (for real), but if you look closely you'll see the Nativity in the distance – the heartbeat and beautiful beginning to the greatest story ever told. I hope this piece inspires your own beautiful Christmas Daydreams!
