Great customer service!
I ordered this beautiful swan print unframed, then realized I wanted to order it with the frame. I immediately emailed customer service and requested to change my original order. Although the original order had already shipped, they told me they were sending me a framed print as well, at no extra charge. They went above and beyond to assist with this process, which I greatly appreciated!
