The American Flag is a quintessential symbol of our freedom, and the brave men and women that pioneered before us, and ahead of us, to fight for a land of the free.
My rendition of the flag is "perfectly imperfect," which reminds us of that insightful phrase from the Constitution: "more perfect."
In art, as in so many things (faith, home, family, work, community, citizenship): process is everything, and there is no finish line called "perfect." It would be impossible to define what perfection would even look like... especially if you asked more than one person!
But to leave something more beautiful—more lovely, more just, more excellent, more fair, more honoring, more loving, more cared for—as a result of our having participated and invested in it: that's a really worthy goal. Will it be perfect? Never. But it will be more perfect.

- Our canvases are digital reproduction prints with no variation in surface texture. They are smooth to the touch; any texture you see is part of the scan of the image. There is no faux texture added.
- Small to mid-sized unframed canvases are available in our Canvas Signs. The mid to large unframed canvases are available in our Traditional Canvases. - Fine Art Prints are digital reproductions freshly printed on luxurious cream-colored, heavyweight 105# archival paper, boasting a perfect subtle texture and matte finish.
- 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 unframed art prints are delightfully shipped flat! 20x24 and 24x30 unframed art prints ship rolled. If ordering a 20x24 or 24x30 art print with a smaller art print, the smaller art print will ship rolled in the tube with the larger art prints. More about our unframed art prints here.
