In the Beginning | Art Print

Each print is created with archival-quality ink on 100% cotton rag paper, then carefully set in a handcrafted, USA-made wooden frame. Every piece is finished with a dust cover, crystal-clear acrylic glazing, and a ready-to-hang wire for effortless display.

Not really. Each artwork is permanently dry mounted to the mat board inside the frame, so it isn’t designed to be swapped out. While itmightbe possible to reuse the frame, it’s not recommended or intended for that purpose.

First, it's so tedious, but measure measure measure! We like to use painters tape to block off the size you're considering, in order to get a true visual of the scale for your space.

Please note that sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20 & 20x24 come with a 1.5" mat, and 24x30 prints come with a 2" mat. This mat size, plus the frame size, adds substantial size to your artwork, so please consider this when measuring!

We believe that if you love it, it's the right choice! Art was never intended to "match" – it was intended to help you feel, celebrate, or document something. Your order will be shipped via UPS about two weeks after your order is placed. Delivery updates will be communicated through email.

Yes and no. What you are seeing in the images above is the exact image that gets sent to print for your art. The painting and composition are exactly the same as the painting you will receive. Some things of note, however:

• The images above do not have the texture/embellishment added to them. This is because the embellishment application is at the discretion of the embellishing artist and will vary from piece to piece. (This is what makes it one of a kind!) Be assured that the texture will only enhance the painting, not take away and the composition will not be altered or affected.

• The color on your monitor most certainly will look different than that of a canvas print. (Technically, that's because screens display colors by emitting light. Conversely, printed materials rely on the reflection of light from the printed ink, which makes colors print darker and less saturated than they appear on screens). Additionally, the lighting in the styled photographs can change the appearance of the art slightly (as it will in your space).

• You may choose a different framing option than the image displayed, and your canvas will come with whatever framing option you select, which may or may not be depicted in the photos.
